We recommend using fresh, brand name batteries with our products, and removing the batteries to prior to storing the product so as to prevent the item from draining power from the batteries when not in use. As far as cleaning, we suggest wiping down the toy using a sanitizing cleaner and warm water. Silicone lube should not be used with silicone toys, and oil-based lube is not recommended for products made from body-safe TPR. Please do not store two TPR toys together, as the material will react and the toys will "melt" onto each other.

Gordon We purchased a toy from Fairvilla in Cape Canaveral, it became defective and we returned it to you. You sent another and it became defective. We called Fairvilla and they were kind enough to replace it. Now this one is also defective so I'm asking what should we do now. These do not seem to be waterproof.

Greg Muzingo I see Sharon is having a similar issue like myself I sent in a request for replacement due to the fact it stopped working within the first month after purchase. When I sent it a message we will get back to you shortly. It has been more than shortly and I find I am having to redo what I already did. We need to see better responses as well get them in a timely fashion. I am only asking for thecap with the controls on it.
