Steven In the process of trying to understand this process I need to ask an important question.
The High Roller Evolved in pink has a problem in that something has came loose and it is noisy.
It works perfectly but the noise is an important thing. Something shifted and the main reason we bought it for being silent is not there.
I appreciate the computer thing but I can't get a straight answer.
Is your product something that can be taken care of. Yes your email says that this can be shipped back for the same or similar item. The Virgin Mary form with flames at the base is a major reason I go this. Yes she surprised me with any purchase what so ever because of the low sound but the style was something that caught my eye. Getting two people on the planet who don't like this kind of product to agree almost instantly...well this was something that made me appreciate your product.
If we have to ship this back with a chance it will be replaced with a similar product. I can't see that happening.
This is a problem.
Gee and I have been together for almost 29 years. While this may seem trivial there is numerous inside information on your product. I really don't want to chance you replacing my product with something that may be completely different. It may be physically intimate to something you have in your stock room but this really does pose a problem.
The major problem If I ship you a product that looks like "A"
Will I get a replacement that looks like "A" in return? -
